Activity

As a tutor, I create a positive and safe environment by demonstrating patience and positive encouragement to each student. I want to ensure that students feel comfortable in each lesson and even more so, comfortable to make mistakes (which is one of the best ways to learn!).

Most importantly, I tutor to each student uniquely. Every student is different and has different learning styles, responses, and interests. I pay close attention to each student to ensure that I’m teaching in a way that resonates with them. This may be through visual additions to each lesson or simply using examples that have their favourite hobbies or toys included.

As a tutor I encourage questions, feedback, and having fun while learning.
