Hatha Yoga -This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
Program Day & Time: Mondays-Fridays-11:45 am – 12:30 pm

Pricing is in Canadian Dollars
Listed fee is per 45-minutes once a week. We charge per class for a week. $5 a class
Meet The Program Instructor:
I am QCI qualified Yoga Instructor, Because of Yoga only I am alive and medical free . Since Childhood I was on medicine like acidity, but unfortunately it became ulcer at later stage, then I got to know about Yoga , and start learning. Not I got rid of medicines, I actually felt more energetic, then I did training and became a instructor, So why I am here is if I would have known
about Yoga before , I wish I would have not had that much medicines in my childhood. What I have learnt , I want to share with you all, and trust me Yoga is not journey of weight loss , Yoga is complete exercise of body and mind , it works internally . Attend one session , your perception will be changed.
