Welcome to Student Scholars Private School!

At Student Scholars, we believe in educating the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively. Our goal is to create a welcoming, inspiring environment where students feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Our Primary School program, designed for children ages 6 to 11, provides a well-rounded and engaging educational experience. With a team of experienced and passionate educators, we offer an enriched curriculum that goes beyond Ontario standards. Students have the opportunity to explore a variety of high-demand subjects, including:

  • Math, Language, and Arts

  • French and Mandarin

  • Science, History, and Geography

  • Computers and Robotics

  • Art, Drama, and Music

We are proud to support all types of learners—from gifted students to those who may need extra guidance. Our small class sizes, capped at just six students per class, allow us to provide personalized attention and create learning plans tailored to each child’s needs.

  • Addition & Subtraction: Facts up to 20, basic word problems

  • Measurement & Time: Measure using non-standard units, tell time to the hour/half hour

  • Patterns & Sorting: Extend and create simple repeating patterns

📗 Grade 2 Math Overview

Tuition Fees 2025-2026

Tuition Fees: School Year 2025-2026

  • Registration Fee (New Students Only): A one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 is required upon initial enrollment.

  • Annual Program Fee: $550 per year, payable at registration. This non-refundable fee covers in-house events, program materials, and the yearbook.

  • Enrollment Commitment: Enrollment is for the full academic year.

-5 Full Days  •  Monday to Friday  •  8:30 AM – 3:30 PM  • $18,600/ single payment or  $6,200/3 payments or $1,870.00/month 

-5 Full Days (Extended)  •  Monday to Friday  •  7:30 AM – 6:00 PM  •  $23,600/ single payment or $7,870/3 payments or  $2,370.00/month

💳 2025–2026 Tuition & Payment Policy

At StudentScholars, we are committed to providing high-quality individualized education in a supportive, small-group environment. To maintain our low student-to-teacher ratios and consistent programming, we ask that families adhere to the following payment policies for the 2025–2026 academic year.

📅 Registration Policy

  • A non-refundable Registration Fee of $350, along with a non-refundable $550  Material Fee, is required to secure your child’s placement for the 2025–2026 school year.

  • These fees allow us to plan staffing and classroom resources in advance and are essential to maintaining our 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio.

  • The registration and material fees are only refundable if cancellation occurs prior to August 25, 2025.

💰 Tuition Fees

  • Annual Tuition: $18,600 for the 2025–2026 academic year

  • Tuition covers the core school day program from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • Tuition does not include extended care, transportation, or camp programs.

🧾 Payment Options

To provide flexibility, we offer the following tuition payment options:

  1. Full Payment

    • Payable at the time of enrollment or by August 25, 2025

  2. Installment Plan

    • Monthly or quarterly installments are available for an administrative fee

    • Families selecting this option must submit post-dated cheques for the full year or arrange scheduled electronic payments

    • A payment schedule will be provided at the time of enrollment

⏰ Late Payments & Delinquent Accounts

  • Tuition payments are due as per the agreed schedule.

  • Accounts past 30 days due may be subject to Late Payment Fees.

  • Students with unpaid tuition or fees may be suspended from classes, school activities, and re-enrollment, unless acceptable arrangements have been made with the administration.

📥 Mid-Year Entry

Students joining the program after September 3, 2025, will be charged a pro-rated tuition fee based on the number of school days remaining. The registration fee of $550 will still apply.

🕓 Extended Day Program

We offer optional Before and After School programming to support working families:

  • Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Fee: $23,600/ single payment or $7,870/3 payments or  $2,370.00/month

  • Enrollment is monthly and space is limited

🏕️ Camps (Summer & Break Weeks)

  • Summer Camp and other seasonal camps are not included in annual tuition.

  • Camp participation is optional and charged separately at posted rates.

  • Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

📤 Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the school administration.

  • Withdrawals before August 25, 2025 will receive a full tuition refund excluding the registration and material fees.

  • Withdrawals after August 25, 2025 will receive a 50% reimbursement of the unused portion of tuition for the remainder of the school year.

  • Any unpaid fees at the time of withdrawal will be due in full.

🚐 Transportation

  • Transportation services are available through independent drivers.

  • Pick-up and drop-off pricing is arranged directly with the provider.
