Who We Are Looking For

We welcome passionate and dedicated educators, organizations, and program leaders who meet the following criteria:

Professional & Teaching Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven teaching or program delivery experience

• Strong reputation in their field with positive student or parent testimonials

• Expertise in high-demand fields: STEM, Robotics, Coding, AI, Taekwondo & Karate, ​Dance, Music, Leadership, Sports, ​Toddler programs, Professional Programs, Adult Learning courses, Language courses, and more

• Commitment to professional conduct, punctuality, and high-quality instruction

Program Requirements

• Deliver a well-structured curriculum with all necessary lesson plans and teaching materials.

• All courses and materials must be reviewed and approved by StudentScholars management before the program begins.

• Ensure programs meet StudentScholars’ standards for safety, ethics, and educational quality.

• Collaborate with our team to design and implement engaging, effective learning experiences.

• Adapt lessons to accommodate small class sizes and diverse student learning needs.

• Be flexible and open to updating your program as required to align with StudentScholars’ curriculum requirements, including implementing any recommended changes approved by management.

Student Enrollment Requirements

• Must bring a minimum of three students to start a class

• Programs must maintain minimum enrollment to continue; otherwise, they may be discontinued

Administrative & Operational Expectations

• Commit to scheduled class times consistently

• Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, progress updates, and student communication

• Comply with school policies, safety rules, and facility guidelines

• Maintain professional communication with students, families, and staff

Additional Preferred Criteria

• Experience running programs at other schools or centres

• First Aid/CPR certification

• Vulnerable Sector Screening (for programs involving young children)

• Experience hosting workshops, competitions, camps, or student showcases

• Background in educational leadership, coaching, or curriculum design
