-
Punctuality: Timely drop-off and pick-up help ensure smooth transitions and full participation.
-
Code of Conduct: We foster a respectful, supportive environment.
-
Communication: We’ll provide regular updates. Please reach out anytime with questions or feedback.
-
Missed Lessons: If your child is unable to attend a lesson and we are informed at least 24 hours in advance, we will offer one make-up credit per subject, per month, to be used toward a future class. Please note that additional missed classes beyond this limit are not eligible for credit, as your child’s spot has already been reserved in the program.
-
Monthly Payments: To secure your child’s spot in the program, payment must be made on or before the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in a pause in service until payment is received.
-
Withdrawal Policy: If you wish to withdraw your child from the program, notice must be provided before the start of the next month. Mid-month withdrawals are not eligible for refunds, as the full month’s space and resources have already been allocated.
-
Class Changes: If you would like to switch your child to a different class, the change can be made starting from the following month. Please inform us in advance so we can accommodate the request based on availability.
-
Health & Safety Policy:
-
Illness: Please keep your child at home if they are unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness. Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning.
-
Injuries: Minor injuries will be treated on-site. For anything more serious, parents will be contacted immediately using the emergency contact provided.
-
Medication: We do not administer medication unless a signed medical authorization form is provided in advance.
-
-
Behavior Management:
-
We use positive reinforcement and clear expectations to guide student behavior.
-
If a student damages school property, the parent or guardian may be held financially responsible, where applicable.
-
Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a parent meeting, temporary suspension, or, in some cases, removal from the program.
-
-
Personal Belongings: Please label all of your child's belongings. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
-
Snack/Lunch Policy: Please send nut-free snacks/lunches due to allergy concerns.
-
Photo & Media Consent: Occasionally, we take photos or videos for educational or promotional purposes (e.g., newsletters, website, social media). Please let us know if you do not consent to your child being included.
