  • 3 Fully Furnished Classrooms: Each room accommodates up to 8 students. Ideal for children ages 4–12.

  • Restrooms: Two separate restrooms for men and women, including a baby changing station.

  • Kitchenette: Convenient for snacks or light refreshments.

  • Small Hall / Play Area: Great for movement activities or breaks.

  • Reception Area: Welcoming space for check-ins and waiting.

Hourly: $40/hr per classroom
5+ hrs/week: $35/hr per classroom

Facility Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone, all renters and their guests must follow these rules while using the premises.

General Use

  1. Authorized Use Only
    The space is to be used only for approved purposes such as teaching, tutoring, training, workshops, or child-friendly programs.
    No unauthorized events, parties, or overnight use.

  2. Respect the Space
    Treat the facility with care. Any damage to furniture, walls, or equipment will result in repair or replacement fees charged to the renter.

  3. Room Capacity
    Maximum 8 students per classroom unless otherwise approved in writing. Do not overcrowd rooms.

  4. Supervision Required
    Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The renter is fully responsible for all individuals in their group.

Cleaning & Clean-Up Requirements

  1. Leave the Room As You Found It

    • Tables and chairs should be returned to their original layout

    • Remove all teaching materials, personal belongings, and trash at the end of your session

    • Wipe down whiteboards, tables, and any surfaces used

  2. Garbage

    • All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bins

    • Do not leave food waste or dirty containers behind

  3. Kitchenette Use

    • Clean up immediately after use

    • Wash and dry any dishes or utensils you use

    • No cooking or open flames allowed

  4. Restrooms

    • Leave restrooms in good condition for the next user

    • Dispose of diapers properly in designated bins (do not flush)

Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs anywhere on the premises

  • No pets allowed (service animals exempt)

  • No open flames, incense, or candles

  • No loud music or disruptive behavior that may affect neighboring units

Time Management

  • Setup and cleanup time must be included in your rental hours

  • Please vacate the space on time to avoid late fees

  • If you need extra time, contact the owner before your rental ends

 

 Security & Responsibility

  • Do not leave the door propped open unattended

  • Ensure all lights are turned off and doors locked upon leaving (if last renter of the day)

  • Report any damages, incidents, or safety concerns immediately

 

Insurance Requirement

All renters must carry their own liability insurance to cover their activities and participants while using the facility.

  • A valid Commercial General Liability Insurance (CGL) policy is required

  • Minimum recommended coverage: $1,000,000

  • The renter assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from their use of the space

 

Agreement

By renting this space, you agree to abide by these rules. Failure to follow them may result in:

  • Additional cleaning or damage fees

  • Termination of rental agreement
